I can't seem to locate my Morso manual.
My morso blades doesn't seem to be crossing the plane and is not cutting all the way through the back of the moulding. I checked and adjusted the blades and still did not work. If there a way to adjust the handle mechanism to just slightly push the the blade forward?

Thanks in advance,
Troy

If you don't find the answer in your manual, try shimming the bottom of the chopper. Not cutting completely through the back of the moulding is often a sign of blade wear. When you raise the unit, the blade is able to travel all the way through. You can extend the life of blades a good bit this way, at least until the foot pedal gets too high to reach!

wv - there's an even easier solution, that I suspect Troy found in his manual. The rod that attaches the foot pedal to the chopper head is adjustable at the lower end. It's essentially a piece of threaded rod with one nut on each side of the foot pedal yoke. I think you can probably figure it out from there. If not, just let me know.

*that is, turn it counter-clockwise. It won't get looser, because there is tension on it.

And another adjustment to move the blade closer to the fence or further away.
