I am looking to purchase blades for my chop machine. TC Moulding can get me new ones for $389.00. Last time I bought blades I paid $250.00 We use to be able to get them through Larson or Gemini. Any ideas?

That isn't a valid link, for the Mors0 blades thread. Yes, the proper name has a zero in it :)

If you search for that term, you should get some additional hits. You'll probably get some good ones by searching MORSO, too. (with an O, instead of the zero)

You can get Hansen Blades which are interchangeable with Morso.
I have 2 sets of them myself.
They are much less expensive than the Morso brand and are quality blades, not cheap knockoffs.
I think CMI carries them but I'm sure they are available through other suppliers.

What happened to the link? It worked right after I posted it. I always check to make sure it works.

The link was a search result, viewable only by the person who made the search. It wasnt a link to a specific thread.

No problem. I'm still learning, too. When i stop learning, i'll probably be dead :)

Have a great day!

I have 2 sets of Morso blades that are freshly sharpened by Techmark and were well-rotated among 3 sets of blades before I discovered that Jyden blades worked better on my fossil Dan-Clip hopper. Would be very happy to sell for $100 each or $150 for both, plus shipping.

I recently bought a Dan Clip chopper. Any reason why the Jyden blades are better. Any suggestions on where to buy?

I wish I knew why they work better but they just seem to. I had tried new Morso blades that just didn't fit right (I bought the chopper well-used with old sets of blades) and the Jydens just work better. Contact Joe B. above as he might have some blades that would work for you.

The Jyden knives are just slightly a different size. I had a Jyden but purchased a just about new Morso and the Jyden blades are not a good fit on the Morso. I do have 2 or 3 sets of just about new Jyden blades that I will sell. If you are anyone else are interested in them please PM me.

I am interested in purchasing a set, possibly both if they are still for sale. Located in Canada. Shipping should not be an issue. Please let me know.
