Putting this on thegrumble is a long shot, but this is another asset I am tired of looking at that I used for my picture framing business. It is truly is an awesome asset to own. I was just a small “mom and pop” business that did picture framing. You don’t need to have a “big operation” to own an asset like this.
IF YOU WANT, I AM WILLING TO SELL "THE BILLBOARD" PORTION OF THE TRAILER SEPERATE. BASICALLY, IF YOU HAVE A TRAILER THAT THE BILLBOARD PORTION CAN FIT ON, I'LL JUST SELL YOU THE BILLBOARD PORTION. The dimensions for the base of the billboard portion are 10 feet long and 90 inches wide. This is what you would need to mount to your trailer. The length of the Billboard face (the portion that displays the ad) is 164 inches. Any questions, shoot me a message.
This is an awesome asset for a small business owner or someone that wants to get into mobile advertising. I had this for my business and would drive it around town and through shopping centers on the weekends.
This billboard trailer is in great condition. The trailer was built in 2007. The billboard itself is 13 feet long, 8 feet high, and sits 30 inches off the ground. The trailer underneath is a 14 foot, dual axle, deck over Mustang Brand trailer rated at 2990 GVW. Because the trailer is rated at 2990, it does not have a break system. The unique thing about this mobile billboard is that it’s designed to come off the trailer so that the trailer can be used for other purposes if need be. Changing out the vinyls on the billboard is much easier than other mobile billboard designs as well. The Surface of the billboard is in great condition (the way the flash hits the sheet metal surface, it looks a little distorted.... but it's not).

The ROI (return on investment) of an asset such as this is awesome because the vinyls (if designed correctly) can be used over and over again year after year. Print advertising is VERY EXPENSIVE but by owning the advertising medium (the vinyls and billboard trailer) and recycling ads, you’re stretching your advertising dollars out over years, not weeks. The cost of vinyl production for these billboards is about $300 per vinyl.
Included in the sale are the trailer, the billboard, and the wheels for billboard removal. The ramps and bottle jack in the pictures are not included.
To have this constructed, it cost me $2000 for the trailer and $5500 for the construction of the billboard (this was after meeting with 15 frabricators). Total $7500. Many people (non-metal workers) think “I could do it cheaper than that!” Well, unless you got welding skills, a machine shop, and a large enclosed garage, it ain’t happen. Do the math, and do the research yourself. With the price of steel, the amount of steel, and the labor time involved in construction and painting, the cost of producing an asset like this can be more than you think. The price I am asking is very fair.
Price = $4000. Billboard and Trailer.
Payment Method: Cash or Cashiers Check.
Pick Up Only!
