DIY quality...
 
Like Gumby mentioned, I would consider the manufacturer's rating of a DIY, weekend use, light weight, piece of equipment.

Would it hold up under day to day operation or heavier duties in a frame shop?

45° and an "accurate" 45° are two entirely different animals. I don't see any method to tweak the angle on that machine to come into the close tolerences that are needed to satisfy most framers on their mitered corners and who is to say that it is spot on from the factory? Do it yourselfers are much less critical of a little "wiggle room" in a mitered joint than are professional framers.

Just a few points to consider.
