what exactly do you mean by shrink?

I am pondering buying the equipment it would take to shrick wrap my completed frames for resale but my frames are 36 inches long. What equipmet are you selling for shrink wrapping and can it be used for frames that are narrow and long 10x36 inches thanks!!.
