Question mirror edging

Just wondered:

Do mirrors that have had edging done (pencil, swiped, beveled, etc), still need to be "sealed"?? That is, with the lacquer-like stuff available from cr laurence for example?

Yes, still seal the edges . . . but really only necessary if going into wet areas (bathroom, spa room, etc).

Otherwise, no need to seal the edges of modern silvered glass.
