Hi, my first time posting here. My minigraf 3 has not been used in over a year and I now started it up again and air comes out of the side of the valve in the foot pedal. Can shoot up v nails (fully down) but nothing at half way down, no clamps move and air come out the side of the valve in the pedal. Any suggestions?

If the valve stops leaking but one of the disconnected pipes leak then the air is coming from the machine circuit.

You need to complain to your EU parliament about the daft restrictions they imposed upon UK businesses after we left the EU, other than that there's nothing i can do to help about the fees.
You're saving the labor of having a tech come out to do it, probably paying less overall 
I do offer regular postage to Norway if you have any framing contacts there who could then forward the item on to you.
How often do you lubricate the compressed air going into the machine? If you do not have an air filter/lubricator, then disconnect the air hose from the machine, get a small bottle of pneumatic tool oil with a nozzle, and squirt several drops into the air input port every week or two.

If it worked correctly previously but now doesn’t (with the new pedal) then It sounds like you may of purchased an incorrect pedal.
Hi, I have always lubricated when in use. Has been out of use for more than a year.
Hi, it wasn’t working before but the pedal was leaking so I presumed that caused the problem with the clamps. The pedal is order from a framing shop who ordered it from Italy, it is correct.
Possibly a stuck control valve then, there are 3 identical valves fitted to the Minigraf each one controls a different action:
Wedge firing
Vertical clamping
Horizontal clamping
If you swapped the vertical clamping valve with the horizontal clamping valve then that would indicate whether it’s the valve that’s causing the issue.
