Nielson--AMS--Clark--Designer...Can various manufacturers of metal moulding fasteners (wire bracket hangers too) be used in all companies standard frames?

Yes. Also add universal parts from Frameware, Impex and AMS.
It's not unusual for me to assemble a metal frame with one corner each stamped AMS, Nielsen, NDS and Clark.
I think it adds to the mystique of the whole process and confuses competitors who may want to steal my designs.

Why sure, they all fit one another!
And you can turn them upside down so the names don't show and get some really cool corner fits out of them too!!
I like Clark corners 'cause they are thicker and don't need those extra plates under them. Just torque 'em down with a hammer drill and they work fine.
