Looking for any information on max jr. joining system by bosley. Can't find any information on the internet. I'm looking for replacement parts and owner's manual.

That Bosley is a moulding manufacturer, The item I'm looking for information on is a Thumbnail joining system. The company may be out of business, but i was wondering if anyon had ever heard of them, or knows an outlet for a new cutting head, and for the plastic plugs used after the cutting is finished,.

Cutting heads can be purchased for most equipment locally. Call a woodworking supply store in your area. Custom cut knives and bits are a large piece of their business. They will be able to refer you to someone locally if they don't offer the service.

If you are looking for parts for the Porter Cable 3102 motors, most parts are available except the armature, which is the most important part that goes bad. The armature has been discontinued. I'm looking for the Max Joining System that has two of those PC 3102 motors. If anyone has one of these, or the motors, I would be interested.

I get the 3/4 inch Max inserts from Milton Bosley & Co, inc. 410-761-7727. They don't have any parts for the machines, they just sell the Max inserts to me.
