When I first started dealing with Winn Devon, well, their UK distributor, there were a pair of his limited editions called 'Le Moulin a Eau' (The Watermill?) and 'La Passerelle' (?)

Here they are - well, the originals anyway.

Winn Devon actually called them 'imprints' and they were made with a combination of printing techniques, with some hand finshing and were on very nice paper, with flax ........ and stuff in it.

Anyway we loved them, bought 5 pairs, 3 then 2, thinking we'd keep the last pair, but we got greedy and sold the lot.

When we tried to re-order it was too late, sold out here and in the US. (Our distributor is not big on/does not push Winn Devon Limited editions)

I'd love to own a pair - (maybe I should rephrase that!) and I've found a copy of the water mill (in the US) but can't find the other one - the bridge.

I don't care if they've been repro'd in other formats (can't find any if they have) but it's the ltd edn to match this one that I want.

Or a pair from somewhere else.

I would, I would, but they don't have either one of that pair - the one in my link is the only one I've found on the net and I want the pair.

try Kevin at Minotaur in Toronto.

Or call Kelly at Bruce McGaw in Montreal. You'll have to look up her phone number - I'm at home and don't have it.

Both are good sources

Didn't he do the Iris in two colorways? A gallery owner friend of mine has an "original"? of the fuschia one and I have a print of the purple.

Don't see that here, but his work is a favorite of ours.

Still no luck - s'pose I'd better order the one I have found - I know if I do that I'll soon find a pair for the same price - I'm pessimistically optimistic!
