I had a customer bring in a bunch of pictures of Marilyn Monroe and said to put something together using whatever pictures I wanted however I wanted. This is what I came up with. The pictures are floated on or above the white pleated skirt.

What's the backer, just black gator?

The backer is black artcare foamboard. The skirt is actually very lightweight. I got it from my sister's mother-in-law who use to wear it when she went polka dancing. But she hasn't done that in a couple years. I believe she's 90 now (or close to it).

Used to be able to watch Polka! on TV as a kid! I think Chet Dragon and his band were on all the time! Sometimes I miss the old tv shows. This however is one of the times I don't!
