MARC BLUESTONE
Wednesday Evening, August 18, 2004

At the ARTRAGEOUS GALLERY 858-452-7280

Come hear Marc talk about "The Attack of the Big Boxes",
and "What you can do to maintain your piece of the pie.

It's no secret that more and more big companies are getting into the
framing business. They have huge advertising budgets and scream price at
every opportunity.
How do they do it? Is framing a loss leader or a profit center for
them? Are they after your customer? Do they even know how to frame? Does
it matter if they do or not?
In his talk, Marc will suggest specific strategies that you can apply
to your business in an increasingly challenging market for your
Advertising, Sales practices, Customer satisfaction guarantees, and your
Added value for customers programs.

Our future is changing. Get a jump on the competition by attending this
important session.

Why is Marc qualified to tell you all this?

If I lived west of the Rockies, you can bet I'd attend.

Marc presented "Attack of the BigBoxes" for the Ohio PPFA chapter some weeks ago, and it was well worth the three hour drive to be there. As usual, he's done his homework, and this class is an eye-opener. Don't miss it.

BigBoxes are causing huge changes in our little industry, and every framer would benefit from Marc's insights about these relatively new competitors. It's a new perspective in dealing with our changing industry.
