I just received a great mailer from one of my customers announcing their relocation. It looked like a package, only flat. When it was opened up they had their new location information.
My question does anyone have any great suggestions to get the new customer to open the envelope. I was planning on buying a mailing list of potential new home owners.

Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Have a $100 bill poking out the end of it?

If I use an envelope, I always put some intriging message on the back flap. Everyone turns the envelope over to open them, why leave that part blank?

My mailing list has grown to such a size that envelopes have almost priced themselves out of the market. I've redesigned my newsletter to make it a "fold over" but it will still have some sort of "headline" message on the outside.

Then, there are postcards. Nothing to open, just the flick of a wrist!
