While sitting on hold with Verizon I thought I would do a search. I came up with Blue Pot by George Meis on the Lieberman's website. There is no picture but it would fit with the rest of his work. Good luck.

The signature under the far left pot... I can't tell if it looks like it could be Meis or not. Maybe try a 'geranium' search?

I did another search and have come up empty.
It looks like either Dawna Barton or Helen Paul to me. It could be 10 or 15 years old, so try Ebay?
