Looking for Round Corner Black/Ebonized Walnut Frames

Several times a year we have a customer come in wanting wall frames with round corners in black, ebonized walnut, or walnut. They always want a frame less than 1" wide. They don't want to pay for finished corner, just large wall frames. The art in the frame they are trying to match is always Asian.

Suggestions?

3/4" OT Black and a quicky job with a Random orbital sander... repaint with
Krylon semi-gloss.... then the next day black wax and rub.....

Make a corner sample and mark it about ummmmm $18/ft.

oh and BTW..... don't do a great job on the sanding... that is not the point.

Then show them a nice closed corner at about $30/ft...

Bet they go for the CC @ $30...

You gotta love customers! "I need a walnut closed corner frame but I don't want to pay for it." Good luck!
