Hi. I am needing a leather finished frame - does not have to be real, but that would be awesome.

Framerica has one, but I am trying to get something without the laminate.

Any sources?

Thanks

there are some amazing ones from Peru, and another company from Argentina....

They retail about $500-1000 and then they also have some expensive ones.

What did you have in mind?

I have seen the Peru ones!!
WAY out of the price range but they are amazing!

I could settle for the Framerica "leather" - anyone care to sell me a chop? They only sell the "leathers" by box.

How about wrapping your own? Frank's now has 12 colors in some really nice faux leather that is very nice and thin. In fact I was thinking about wrapping some 3/8" OT for that 1940s look. It's not too stretchy but I think could be stetched a little.

The girls really love it because the backing is polyester, and the face is PVC. For a little larger frame 2" OT, I was thinking stripping some pieces about 3/16" wide then braiding and gluing over the corner to cover the join.

Try Presto Moulding! They have two "Fake" leather profiles that I use a LOT.

Don Mar sells their chops, and I am sure if you call they can tell point you to other locations.

There is a light tan leather panel with grey wood trim and a darker brown leather panel with black wood trim. Both come in four profile widths.
