looking for high end framer in Chicago

I have a client looking for a high end framer in the Chicago area, zip codes 60521 or 60603. I looked at the PPFA find a framer, but it really didn't give me enough info. I am hoping someone here can guide me. He has a delicate print to frame and it does need TLC because of the fragile surface.
