I'm looking for a frame, Mexican -made. The info on the back is #815L GLDFRAME W/GLD. It's 4" wide, stepped with a round raised ridge near the outer edge. Gold metallic, 11 x 14". Don't think it's a Tara. Anybody recognize it?
Client(oops, customer) won't say where they got it.

Thank you for the quick reply but that's not it. This frame is pretty much flat on the face, and it's a cheap crappy, Mexican frame. Still looking
 
I focused on the stepped part. I know what you are talking about. Several of our artists get them from a place in Williamsburg. I was thinking the Pottery, but the website is not helpful. They are not talking where. Seems to be a pattern about that.
 
Now let me get this straight.... customer wants you to find source for Frame, yet is not willing to provide the obvious clue, to wit: where customer got said frame in the first place. This says to me either that the customer wants to get said frame cheaper than previous price or customer is ashamed of where it came from in the first place. You are even bothering to do this for Customer for__________(fill in sensible reason)?
