No offense to anyone else, but James Dietz is an absolutely amazing artist. Great guy as well.
He is currently overseas, but has a company setup to handle his prints.

I am another vote for Military Gallery. I love their types of prints, and have never really managed to find exactly the same type and quality anywhere else.
