Hi,

I have been framing a lot of art with Nielsen Natural Elements which measues about 1.25 inches wide. I am working on a job to frame a dozen 40 by 40 inch pieces and need a 2 inch wide metal molding hopefully in a brushed silver. I can't find anything like that from my usual suppliers. It seems everything that wide is wood.

Do any of you know if metal molding that wide is available and where I might find it?
 
Designer has a stocky flat brushed silver 1 1/2 x 1 1/4 ..... #28-x12

They also have a massive bright silver( not frosted) 1 3/4 x 1 3/4 #80-11

Global Art also has a 2 1/2 massive bright silver #77 brsil
 
Small Corp? Custom make the moulding. Or at least give them the quote for it custom milled then work up a quote for a stacked metal!
 
Thanks for all the leads. My customer can work with a profile less than 2 inches so I think I'll explore the Designer Molding #28-x12.
