I called their e-commerce help line - they investigated and found that the link will be restored next week in phase 2. A very nice tech named Wendy gave me the following link to go directly to the page for downloads:

I guess I feel stupid now. I guess I had a senior moment. I thought for a second about calling e-commerce help line but I thought that was just for LJDIRECT.

fresh look and make them more easy to navigate.
Your customer website is ljcustomers.com and has pictures and prices of all
wood mouldings. We also show our two television commercials which are
playing on the Fine Living cable channel. To get into the site you need
your account # and zip code.
Remember, we also have on on-line ordering system called LJ Direct. If you
are interested in more information please let me know. Thanks

For those that need the price list for a POS, the link I posted will take you to the site for a download. The files are self extracting, password protected and in DBase, fixed field text, or delimited formats. Your rep will give you the password if you need one of these price lists.
