It's just a prompt to sign in before proceeding. It prompts me to sign in to my account based on my "cookies". I didn't go any further.

That's why I stopped since it wanted me to sign in to my account. I keep my computers very secure and if something needs me to sign on to my account to view it there's no chance I will take the risk. Just being safe.

Might be because I use gmail and my gmail email is open in another tab.

BUT, it is almost impossible to read the writing. Looks like a scan of a printed page ... well, 3 pages actually.
