Customizing Your Custom Frames — Compo Corners and Altered Finishes
with Linda Wassell, MCPF

Offer your clients a unique look to their custom frames by adding composition ornaments to achieve the look of a finely finished frame. Finish the look by enhancing the finish to give a truly custom mated patina. In this hands-on class, you will experiment with the application of compo and create a frame that can be displayed at their own sales counter. You will also learn the basics of mordant gilding and learn how to dissect and recreate a wide range of finishes.
