We realize yesterday was a tough day for you being in front of customers and not having access to your Point of Sale system. We cannot apologize enough.
Like many large corporations that have been in the news of late, LifeSaver was hit with ransomware on our web server. LifeSaver refused to be held hostage to this corporate extortion.
The LifeSaver Cloud website and data reside on completely different servers, so your data was not compromised or threatened at any time. We have taken additional steps to protect our server from this kind of attack in the future.
It was a long day and went way into the night, but the server has been fully restored and you have access to your systems again.
