Lifesaver Cloud workorder screen customization.

I am new to the cloud system. We used the desktop version for years. We do a lot of top mounting with mat boards and on the old system we would just put in the size of the mat in the image size and then key in the matboard without a border. The cloud forces me to put in a border width to charge for a mat. Is there a way to change this?

Hi Jesse!

I may be misunderstanding the question, but it should work almost exactly the same as the older (desktop/pc) version of Lifesaver. After typing in the mat number, click the options pull-down menu to the right and you'll see TOP MOUNT as an option. (i put it in red, below)

It will note the TOP MOUNT on the workorder.
