Letters cut into a mat

I'm having trouble locating a supplier to cut letters into a mat. I'm probably not using the correct terminology. Our High School displays each years graduates in a frame with their photos behind oval cut outs. The school name is across the top of the mat and the "Class Of" across the bottom. Under each photo is the name of the graduate. All this lettering is cut from the mat but not all the way through. The letters are approx. 1/4" high. Suggestions please. Terri
