Less often wonders if artists know when they are no good - or Less good? Less understands that art is REALLY subjective. Less is certainly no expert by any means. Less was wondering if he ever picked up a paint brush, would he know?

Have you ever met a framer that had no design or color sense?

Who tells them find something else to do?

I wonder if Less is any good at framing?

Too many worries about nothing, Less. :)
Art is subjective as you said. If someone (you or anyone else) likes it, that's all that matters.

Certainly. In my case, I had to ask them to go find employment in another profession. If you are the sole employee/owner, then customers will tell you with their feet. If they are coming in with more stuff, then they like what you are doing. If they never come back, then they probably don't. No work = no money = you go out of business and have to find something else to do.

If you are profitably able to stay in business over the long term, then your customers are saying that you are good enough for them. And customers have the final say.

Post some of your framing....... I'll tell ya if your good or not! :popc: :D
