Grumbler
Customer brought in piece of framed art and was unhappy with the wrinkled appearance of leather Aztec Calendar. Opened it up and Yikes! previous framer ATG'd back edge to foamboard. Of course with temp and humidity changes lots of movement eventually led to bulging and wrinkling.
Looked at a few earlier posts on leather and wondering if floating it between two pieces of glass in a sink mount might prevent further bulging. There is one major distortion likely caused by a fold which does not want to give in to steam or weight....glass sandwich should solve this.
Any ideas welcomed......bjk
