I had a rush order come in yesterday morning, and my deliveries are on Wednesday with Larson, so we called in yesterday morning to make sure with availability and placed the order.
Today my delivery comes in and while the driver(Leon) is still here I look for that moulding and it isn't here! We checked the invoice and I was charged for the one I ordered but they just pulled the wrong moulding.
So Leon calls the warehouse to make sure they have the right one, and goes straight back to pick it up. It is almost an hour away.
He really didn't have to do it, he could've asked someone else to bring it because he had a truck full of deliveries. But he wanted to make sure I got the moulding in time. Larson Juhl is lucky to have employees like Leon.
