Ok 5 years in the framing business i have never laminated anything myself...i always send it out...same with my digital prints.....the reason beeing is that i am a woodworker therefore i do anything with wood including cutting my frames (pistorius emn14) assembling (it-wamp vn-2+1) etc...
Never laminated....
So my question is : How do these machines work? are they easy to operate? which one would be the best to use? should i buy one just for smaller prints and when i get to know the procedure purhase a bigger one? space is an issue so i wouldnt mind laminating up tp 24 inches and the rest sending them as i am now...any specific link with a photo on it for a small machine would help...
Also how exactly is it done ? put masonite under the image and the film on top and bake it? im more interested in laminating 1/8 as i do mostly marriages and baptisms therefore they dont want 3/8....
Thanks to everyone...
