I'm not trying to be unkind here, but does anyone else think that The Grumble needs a special sub-forum dedicated to LaMarche back-orders? Who do you think should sponsor it?

I have another supplier that is as bad or worse. Yesterday I called in an order for 5 different profiles. Three out of five they did not have. I needed over 100 ft of each of the three to fill a large order. It sent me scrabbling to find replacements. Guess where those samples are this morning?

Even tho we loved the mouldings, they were already banned ONCE from our shop for several years. Our rep finally convinced us to carry a few again. What's the saying - "Fool me once, shame on you? Fool me twice..."???
