I wish I could. 
Instead of starting a new topic to look at your revised signature or avatar, all you have to do is edit any of your existing posts. You don't even have to do any actual editing. Just click on the edit botton and then save the "edited" post. Your new sinature should appear.
Eventually, it will also appear on all your previous posts, but it takes a while.

Hmmmmm. How about that. I thought we all just decided people shouldn't edit posts. lol
Actually, I didn't know that was how you see your new signature, and now everybody will know that for future reference.
