This is the first time in a long while that it's been mailed without plastic wrapper enclosing it and some other promotional material.

All I got was an empty cover. I realize the fault lies more with USPS than PFM. I just wondered if this was a widespread problem, or just a fluke thing.

My copy was also without a plastic wrapper but it was okay, except a second copy was stuck inside, and it was addressed to Janet, my wife. After checking she said she had never signed up for it, but she loves reading the adv. about frames, and the article on the inside cover.

Wait a minute...You get the industry trade publications at the beginning of the month, or even the same month that the issue says? I expect my June isue to arrive somehwere between the 15th and July 3rd.

I had my subscription coming to my home.....I got that one ...........and the same day also got two at the shop address one to me and one to my partner. All were in great condition.....but, do I really need 3 :)?

Pulaski/ De Pere, WI checking in.........PFM A-OK and on time. Delivered May 31, 2008.

This was the best issue I've seen in two years! Tons of great articles -- good business advice that was actually relevant to our industry and timely, and some really good design articles with close-up pictures!

It really is a good issue, and you should give them a call to see if they will resend a copy:

We received two copies but we're not subscribers. Must be promotional. Never saw one before.

Mine arrived in spiffy condition and sans plastic bag. Why on earth would some be bagged and some not? And why do they need bags if there is only one magazine???

Kinda like those really annoying credit card offers that come in the oversize envelopes with the thick sheet of bubble wrap. What a waste!!!

Not to imply that any issue of PFM is ever a waste - this issue is a real gem!!!

June issue arrived today at home/ It is probably at the shop as well. No plastic. No PFM Production.

I hate plastic bags around magazines. Such a waste, more trash in the landfills, and annoying because I can't sling it in the recycling baskets. I have to take the plastic off and take it to a trash can. This applies more to junk magazines I don't want to read but which mysteriously appear.

Modern Bride. I think they have the wrong address on that one.

Meghan,

It must be the Baltimore area. Mine was pretty ratty when it showed up. The bottom left of the cover was almost torn off. Also, I haven't renewed my subscription in quite a while, and I got one this month, first time in a while. Did they goof on their mailing list?
