I have a few, but don't know where to get more. They come in different sizes. They have a stiff corrogated plastic material in the center, with a black material liner surrounding the two-sided clear plastic envelope. In other words, I can utilize both sides of the envelope, as the white corrogated divider seperates the job. They're heavy duty with a thick plastic on each side.

I know they're around and am hoping that someone can supply me with a vendor or two.

Thanks, Steve

We place incoming work in white, 4 mm Coroplast folders and store them in drawers of 36" x 48" steel flat files. We make the folders in two handy sizes, 24" x 36" and 36" x 48", which stack neatly in the drawers.

The folders are easy to make: Cut two pieces of Coroplast and hinge a long side with 2" wide clear packing tape. Be sure to put hinge tape on both sides (that is, inside and outside of the fold), so no adhesive is exposed to the folder's contents. To make a window for identifying papers, tape two or three edges of an 11" x 14" piece of clear film.

The smooth, white, non-porous surfaces show any sort of debris, and may be easily cleaned. The folders are very durable, and cheap enough to be disposable.

I use print sleeves.. Got from framingsupplies.com. Not sure of the price relation to United...

Under the counter we have a large folder made of 3mm MDF.

We also have a lot of clear A3 (about 18 x 14) clear envelopes.

If it does not fit easily into an envelope or the MDF folder - it goes straight out back into one of two plan chests between matboard.

If it's tightly rolled then we leave it that way until we are ready to make it lie flat - the top drawer of one of the plan chests is missing to facilitate rolled up things.
