Having to sit on the floor to affix offsets on a large frame that I didn't want to roll over on it's back, I slid forward a few inches and I felt a sharp pain. A 1 inch sliver of glass was inserted into the part of my body that was sitting on the floor. OWCH!!! First a razor in the keyboard, now glass on the floor. I'm going to sue my boss for letting me keep the shop in that condition.

This job is becoming a real pain in the butt.

I think I have a "Framers Rule"... sweep before you sit!

Sorry to hear about the injury, hope you can find someone to kiss it.

Now that you're the boss, framer, you've already got somebody to kiss it! Of course, if you're all by yourself it's liable to be a long stretch, but that's the way we small shops just have to operate!

Well framer, it just goes to show that this trade of ours can be a real "pane in the glass" sometimes

. Seriously, though, sweep before you sit sounds like something that we should add to our ever-growing list of framer's rules. I too, hope you had someone to kiss it and make it better.

I was there, I did not kiss it!!!!

After checking the injury, it was difficult to stop laughing. No sympathy!

Sweep the floor, or get one of those mechanics dollies.
