Anyone have a good solution for cutting canvas corners in a production environment? We may have a very large order coming in (fingers crossed) for gallery-wrapped canvas prints, and having our crew trim each one with scissors seems risky... we don't want to lose any prints to "operator error." I was thinking of creating a template that would allow them to cut the corners before wrapping with a razor knife. Has anyone tried something like this?

Do you have a stretching machine?
If all similar sizes, one operator should be able to do 15-20 per hour, including trimming and folding corners.
Or if you are printing, create some type of grid on back for lining up.
