Japanese Silk Screen

I have a customer with a hinged japanese silk hand painted screen. It was given to her many years ago as a wedding present.

Does anyone have any idea where an estimate could be obtained on the value of this piece?

Also, there is hinge repair work needed and some repair of punctures. Does any one know of a conservator for such work?
