I am looking for Ivy Moulding # D-145, so that I can complete a job I have been working on. Anyone with some helpful suggestions would be appreciated.

Jo Ann, welcome to The Grumble, and thanks for joining.

If you can not find it, Foster Mill in Los Angeles could possibly run it for you. You could even go to a local cabinet shop and see if they could run you off what you need. Most of Ivy's finishes are nothing more than clear lacquer or oil, so that should not be a problem for you. I am not familiar with #D-145 but I remember most of their profiles being relatively simple.

Check with Garrett Moulding in Santa Cruz, CA.

Their finishes are finer furniture, but they just introduced a few of the old Ivy line. Tom says he may pick up more later, but with a better margin under the lip (5/8"+). They do a great line of Maples that don't yellow, and several finishes of Cherry. The just came out with a real nice Ebonized walnut that is very exciting for period framing the 20s & 30s stuff.
