:p Well after checking out all you Grumble's opinions and suggestions, I have just purchased (not rent or lease) the Wizard 8500e CMC using the October "special offer" - http://www.wizardint.com/wizarddeals.cfm I should be getting it sometimes next week. They sent me a demo DVD which i received a few days ago and was very impressed on how simple it will be to use.

I spoke to someone who has a Wizard 8500 CMC (about 3 years old) and they offered to share with me me their own mat designs. I thought that would be very generous and offered to share with them in the future. Has anyone ever heard of this? (It would be great if The Grumble had chatroom with CMC owners sharing mat designs. Something to think about anyway....)

Sharing of Wizard files! I believe it was Mike Labbe that set something up like that but last I looked at it didn't seem to have much response. Understandably when you put a lot of work into a custom file you may not want to give it away to the whole world. Maybe there was a way to come up with a points trade or barter system.

Anyhow if you do a search for sharing Wizard files you might fine the post if I am remembering correctly.
 
Congratulations, ahohen1! I'm sure you'll wonder what you did without it.

I'm new to the Wizard also just getting mine set up last week. Cut my first 8 ply mat today with it and it was so simple and perfectly cut ...better than I ever seemed able to do with my Keeton or Fletcher rail cutters.
