Will all the new price increases, shouldn't we be doing more than increasing the prices? Shipping charges have increased 10%. If we keep increasing our prices and leave our computerized price point tables intact won't our prices out grow the price tables for the same frames??

Donm't understand the last sentence of Timberwoman's post, but--this is why Lifesaver incorporated the Golz Moulding Factor into the "configs" of the system.

You simply add a per foot charge to your moulding--anywhere from a few cents to dollars per foot.

This will take care of shipping costs, and it's an option you don't have to use if you don't want to.

Also remember: one of the number crunchers a few months ago in one of the mags proved mathematically that a 5% price increase to you does NOT mean you pass along 5% to the customer--it's more like 7-8%. For the life of me I can't find the article now, but at the time it made perfect sense.
