Doesn`t work so well for me though...Type in Ky,for instance.One name,one I`ve never seen before...I KNOW several ky folks are here though..........NO names resulted from Lexington,Ky. Not even me........ L.

You must be doing something odd! Are you (a) clicking on "Advanced Search" and (b) entering "Ky" in the "Location" field?

Ah I see...POSTS... What I would like to see is a member list by state,not a post list.Ya know type in a state ...see a list of members in said state. That would be cool....L.

O.K. doing exactly THIS nets me one name! Not a list,so what`s up here?... I can`t be that dense,can I? L. :( YIPES!!! I are that stupid....I`ve been writing KY as Kentucky,who knew,ABBREVIATIONS !!!(head slap!) L.
 
What hapened to the Frapper map of Grumblers? I haven't looked at it in a long time, maybe there could be an official link to it?

Just went to see the Frappr map of grumblers - can't make head nor tails of how to operate the dang thing - names just keep popping up - thought for sure I had signed up for this years ago - but I am not there.

Hmmm.....

Could be a good tool if it worked a little more intuitively.......
 
We get a lot of tourists from all over in the summer that buy art, prints or matted prints and originals. Quite a few are traveling so they want to get them framed when they get home.
I would like to have a printable list of framers by State with their name and town address so we could give each other referrals. Can this be done from the grumble?
 
theframersforum.com have set up a google map where all members can add there location. If you look at http://theframersforum.com there's a link to the bottom left of the page to the members map.

Makes it easy to find a member framer in any particular place. Also has the advantage that you can print directions to their shop.

It was only set up a week ago but seems to be proving popular.

BUT you can do this via PPFA listing, or, at least you could before they got it 're-organized' (pswds/users etc)...havent actually been able to get in there since the big re-do so I cant say
