Anyone know what happened to this company? I have a mat maestro pc cutter and the company hasn't answered their phone for 3 wks. I guess they have fled the country. Any info would be appreciated. I think I can get this cutter to work if I could get a part. Thanks

That company made a lot of products, non of which where memorable. If they indeed have gone out of business you may want to contact an attorney. Your machine was not cheap, it is possible you can put a claim against the distribution of assets. Worth checking out anyway.

You may have to take the old part to a machine shop and have a new one made. The other option is cannibalizing existing machines, however, they have not been around long enough to make that feasible.
Whatever is on that machine can be duplicated by someone.

At present, They aren't answering their voice mail except maybe if you want to buy a machine from them which I strongly advise against doing. They are in chapter 11 bankruptcy and the trustees office in the Washington state court is trying to get it changed to chapter 7. The posting in another grumble about the chapter 11 being dismissed on June 13 is WRONG!! They attempted to have it dismissed and was rejected so it is still active. Please check the hitch hiker emails for more info on what is going on with them, or email me at maine.framah@verizon.net.

I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM IMAT/CORONA/MAT MAESTRO/ OR WHATEVER NAME THEY USE, UNTIL THIS ALL PLAYS OUT . I HAVE HEARD FROM SEVERAL OF MY CUSTOMERS WHO PAID $$$$ UP FRONT FOR MACHINES & HAVE NOT GOTTEN THEM , SOME UP TO 5 MONTHS. BAD NEWS FROM THIS PLACE....
