Hi all,
I need some friendly advise. Over the past year I've expanded my framing service to offer some photo services and a large collection of my photography. To promote this photography and get folks in the doors I've entered three art shows this year. The 1st in may was very small (just getting my feet wet), the second will come later next month and is a high end invitation only outdoor show on the docks and boat houses of at a local lake, and the third is at a beautiful nature preserve in Hoover, AL. The event has been going on for 3 years and last year it had attendance of 15,000 people. My question is how much inventory do I need to take, for that may potential sales. I have about 45 works framed in Roma moulding, about 85 16x20's matted, af fc'd and sleeved, and 65 11x14's matted, af fc'd and sleeved. Also all of my art will be housed in at 10'x10' tent with wire/slat walls, a couple of 2'x4' long tables and rolling 2 tiered print holders. Thanks in advance for the help.
