A customer brought in a Vinyl Box Set, that has clear vinyl records with silver and black labels.
How to mount that with minimal visible attachments, that will not let the records spin freely?

Thanks,

Binding posts, aka "Chicago Screws". Available in various lengths at any good hardware store.

To keep the records from spinning, you could put something grippy on the surface of the matboard around the hole, hidden behind the label.
The material left on a sheet of clear bumpers after the bumpers have been removed works well, but a circle of textured matboard would probably work too.

Clear acrylic bolts/nuts would work also.

The cool thing about the binding posts is that the silver head looks like the spindle of a turntable.

I agree.
I've used those a number of times over the years.
Ace Hardware has them in various lengths and sizes.
You can also paint them black so that you just see the record and not the post.
