Couldn't figure out how to search this. But my Wizard(the old model) is horizontal now. I want to put it to almost vertical. Is there a 'best' angle, or maximum??

I would not go steeper than the standard Wizard wall mount. I have not computed the angle, but the top of my 8000 board stands out about 12" and the bottom around 25.1/2". As another data point, I believe the 8500 convertible stand has two settings 45 degrees and 15 degrees.

Hope this helps!

I currentlly use the 8000. From the wall to the back of the board on top = 4 inches bottom = 15 inches So the total space on the bottom need is 25 1/2 say 26 with the cutting head outside inches in my configurations. You maybe could pull it in a couple more inches if needed.

The closer to the wall the more you need to watch the cutting action. IE. falling cutout, warped board problems that could jam up the cutting. I've had no issues with mine.
