I have looked for quite a while to figure out how to post a photo. I KNOW I have been told before, but I can't find the thread. I promise to print it out and put it where I can find it later.

I have put Trooper's babiest pictures in Photobucket and am ready to show off my darling puppy...

Thanks, whoever tells me once more how to post photos.

According to the Great Wizard, passing down wisdom on the FAQ section:

How do I add an image to a post? [she asks]

If you have uploaded an image as an attachment, you can click the arrow next to the 'Attachment Icon' and select it from the list. This will be inserted into your post and can be located where you want it displayed.

To include an image that is not uploaded as an attachment and is located on another website, you can do so by copying the full URL to the image, (not the page on which the image is located), and either pressing the 'Insert Image' icon or by typing
after it, ensuring that you do not have any spaces before or after the URL of the image. You can insert pictures from your albums (?) in this way too.”

But, I would recommend that you bite the bullet and sign up for a free PhotoBucket account.

That way you will have all of your images on a central site where you can refer to them for all kinds of things like the Grumble. They won’t go away (unless you exceed a quota) and you won’t have to upload an image over and over again each time you want to use it. All you'll have to do is refer to it.

Bill, she said she has uploaded to photobucket. All one has to do is click on an image in one's gallery and you will see the message URL copied. In the Grumble reply box, click on the "add image" icon, select from URL, paste in the dialog (unclick "retrieve..." to avoid an unnecessary thumbnail) and select OK. The image will appear at the cursor location.

So I tried to do it like Pat said, but I got those "Haha, you can't see me" icons

Never mind... I got it figured out by myself.
