How to hinge a large photo size 70cm X 100

Hi every one, I am newbie, I need your advice that how to hinge a large photo size 70cm X 100cm or 65cm x 65cm on the backing board. In front of photo is window mat. And this keeps less waving when it is framed. This is best help for me that indicate details, step by step...cause I am getting slow to understand. Thanks.

I find that there is a waves when framing photo with mat board for large size. May be not a right method and humidity.
