How can I find a vacuum press technician?

I'm well beyond my knowledge in trying to diagnose what is wrong with my dry mount vacuum press. How can I find someone who can work on the machine? The company I purchased it from no longer supports it, and the technician they referred me to is in Connecticut, and I'm in the Midwest. Any ideas how I can find someone who would be equipped to work on it?

At this point, all I know is that it won't get a vacuum most of the time. I don't know if there is a leak in the diaphragm or the lines or what is causing the issue.

Have you talked with anyone at D&K? They handle the sale and support of a different brand of press, but if anyone knows about a technician Wendy at D&K would.

Thanks, I just emailed their service department and will see what they say. I'm fairly certain I may have contacted them before about servicing our laminator, and I think cost was going to be a bit high since they had to travel pretty far if I remember correctly, but I need someone capable to work on it.
