John, that is a manual one but otherwise same as mine. I think you should go for it. In a low production frame shop the manual action would be no big deal.

I agree that for a smaller shop/infrequent use - this is an excellent machine, especially if you could get it for $800+
And the inclusion of boxes of wedges makes the item very attractive- if you can determine if the wedges will be a useful size. I use W1 more than anything. Anything larger than W2 would not be of much use.

I queried the poster on e-bay. The machine comes with a W-2 bit and the wedges are also W-2's - so you will have to factor in the cost of a W-1 bit, new phenolic chip breakers and also new wedges. I find the W-1 more useful, especially for tall, thin, stems which I use my machine for the most.
