Can anyone tell me where I can find this type of framing system?

Is that plastic or glass? Whatever it is, I would check with that industries distributors. They will more than likely have catalogs that will have that system.

It is art sandwiched between two pieces of Plexiglass.
All I will need is a source for the "pegs"
They appear to be brushed aluminum.

If it is glass, most glass shops will have access to these if they don't stock them. I have assisted a couple of designers in this type of display system on new buildings in the area. Also, the drilling the hole in the glass is not an easy task and should be left up to the pros. If that is acrylic, you can drill it yourself using the same glass hardware.
